Promoting Your Involvement 

Moore Street School believes that Parental Involvement requires meaningful, regular, two-way communication involving student academic learning and other school activities.  This includes ensuring families understand they:

  • Play an integral role in assisting their child’s learning.
  • Are encouraged to be actively involved in their child’s education at school.
  • Are full partners in their child’s education and are included in decision-making.
  • Have the opportunity to attend advisory committees to assist in the education of their child.

Moore Street School will host a variety of Family Engagement events throughout the year to assist parents with meeting their child’s academic needs, as well as to strengthen school-community partnerships. Please be sure to check our school newsletter, website, Facebook, Remind, various social media outlets and regional media partners for updates on event times and locations.
